1.       We make every effort to display accurate product images, descriptions, and prices.

2.       Prices are in PKR and subject to change without notice.

4. Orders & Payment

1.       Cash on Delivery (COD): Available across Pakistan. Pay to courier at delivery.

2.       Online Payment: Card/bank/Easypaisa/JazzCash payments are processed securely.

3.       We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including fraud suspicion, stock issues, or pricing errors.

Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the courier.

5. Shipping & Delivery

1.       Delivery time is 2-7 working days depending on city. Remote areas may take longer.

2.       Shipping charges are shown at checkout. Free shipping promotions apply to specific orders only.

3.       You must provide accurate address & phone number. We are not responsible for delays due to incorrect info.

6. Returns & Refunds

Our Return & Refund Policy forms part of these Terms. Please read it before ordering. In summary: 7-day returns for unused items, unboxing video required for damage claims.

7. Product Use

1.       Follow all instructions on product packaging.

2.       For skincare/gadgets: Do a patch test or check compatibility. Dasti Shopping is not liable for misuse, allergic reactions, or damage due to improper use.

3.       Colors may vary slightly due to screen differences.
