Shipping Policy
We deliver all over Pakistan from our warehouse in Rawalpindi. Here’s everything you need to know.
1. Processing Time
1. All orders are processed within 1-2 working days after order confirmation.
2. Orders placed on Friday after 2 PM, Saturday, or Sunday will be processed on Monday.
3. You’ll get a WhatsApp/SMS with tracking info once your parcel is shipped.
2. Delivery Time
1. Delivery time = Processing time + Courier time.
2. Location
a. Delivery Time Major Cities: Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Lahore, Karachi, Peshawar, Faisalabad, Multan2-4 working days
b. Other Cities & Towns3-5 working days
c. Remote Areas: AJK, GB, Interior Sindh/Balochistan5-7 working days
Note: During sales, Eid, or unforeseen events, delivery may take 1-2 days extra.
3. Shipping Charges
a. Standard Delivery: Rs. 200 flat rate all over Pakistan
b. Free Shipping: On orders above Rs. 3000 Cash on Delivery: No extra COD charges. Pay the courier exact amount.
4. Courier Partners
We ship via TCS, Leopard, M&P, and Call Courier based on your location. You cannot choose the courier. We pick the fastest option for your area.
5. Cash on Delivery (COD)
a. COD is available across Pakistan.
b. Please keep exact change ready. Couriers are not required to carry change.
c. If you refuse delivery without valid reason, we reserve the right to cancel future COD orders from your number.
6. Order Tracking
Once shipped, we’ll send you the tracking number on WhatsApp. You can also track it on the courier’s website. Or just message us your order # and we’ll update you.
7. Failed Delivery
a. If courier cannot deliver due to wrong address, phone switched off, or refusal, the parcel will be returned to us. 1st attempt failed: Courier will call again.
b. After 2 failed attempts: Order is cancelled. For prepaid orders, refund will be issued after deducting return shipping charges Rs. 200.
8. Damaged/Lost Parcels
a. Important: Record a full unboxing video when you receive the parcel. If the parcel is damaged or tampered, do not accept it. Note the issue with courier and contact us immediately.
b. Claims without unboxing video will not be accepted. This protects both of us.
c. If parcel is lost by courier, we will reship or refund you within 10 working days.
9. Address Changes
Need to change address? WhatsApp us within 2 hours of placing order. Once shipped, we cannot change the address.
