We want you to love what you buy from Dasti Shopping. If something isn’t right, here’s how we can help.

1. 7-Day Return Policy

You can return your order within 7 days of delivery if:

The item is unused, unopened, and in original packaging with all tags

The item is damaged, defective, or wrong item was sent

The size/color is different from what you ordered

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety, we cannot accept returns on:

Beauty & skincare products once seal is broken – Style & Skin

Innerwear, earrings, cosmetics

Gadgets with broken seal or signs of use

Sale or discounted items marked "Final Sale"

3. How to Start a Return 

WhatsApp us at +92-3335104317 within 7 days with order # and reason.

Share unboxing video + clear photos of the issue. Unboxing video is required for damage claims.

Our team will approve & share return address within 24 hours

4. Return Shipping

Our mistake: If we sent wrong/damaged item, we pay return shipping

Change of mind: Customer pays return courier charges. Deducted from refund

Ship via TCS, Leopard, or M&P with tracking. We’re based in Rawalpindi

5. Refunds

Once we receive & check the item:\

COD Orders: Refund via bank transfer/Easypaisa/JazzCash within 5-7 working days

Card/Bank Paid: Refunded to original payment method in 7-10 working days

We’ll notify you by WhatsApp once refund is processed.

6. Exchanges

We offer exchanges subject to stock availability. If replacement isn’t available, we’ll issue a refund or store credit.

7. Damaged in Transit

Record a full unboxing video when you receive the parcel. No video = no claim for transit damage. This protects both of us.
